Shipping Rates within Australia
We offer flat rate postage and handling based on the total value of your order.
Order total up to $20.00 - Registered Post $4.40. Order total up to $150.00 - Registered Post $8.50. Order total up to $350.00 - Registered Post $12.00. Order total over $350.00 - Registered Post or Courier $20.00.
All orders are sent Registered Post, which includes up to $100.00 insurance. Additional insurance cover is available, if required, at cost.
Orders over $350.00 may be sent by Registered Post or Courier depending on your location.

Shipping Rates Outside Australia
International orders are welcome. Add your required products to the cart. During the check-out process select the option for International Shipping Quote. We will email you with your shipping quote. You may then either complete and pay for your order or cancel the order. We ship our international parcels using Australia Post Air Mail.

Payment Options for Australian Orders
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal - select this option during checkout and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.
Visa/Mastercard - this option is made through our secure website. Your details are encrypted and safe. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be dispatched.
Cheque/Money Order - select this option during checkout if you prefer to pay using cheque or money order. Instructions for posting your payment to us will be provided on completion of checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received and funds have cleared. This may take up to 10 working days.
Funds transfer or bank deposit - select this option during checkout if you wish to pay using online banking or deposit over the counter at any NAB bank. Our banking details will be emailed to you on completion of checkout. Please include the order number as your banking reference.

How to Order
Select Products
Browse the product categories or use the Product Search box to quickly find an item by its description. When you've found the item you are looking for, enter the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart. To view additional information about a product, click on the item name or image. You will find a larger image and detailed product information.
New items added to your Cart will also be summarised in the Mini-Cart on the left-hand side of your screen.
Review Shopping Cart
To go to the shopping cart from any page, click on the ''Show Cart'' link located in the mini cart on the left-hand side of each page in the on-line shop. Once at the shopping cart, you can review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart and information about each item. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here, such as modify quantities or remove an item from your shopping cart. If you are finished selecting items, click "Checkout" at the bottom of the shopping cart.
Login Page
If you are new to Beads and Paper then select the NEW option and complete all details. This will create an account and take you to the checkout page.
Current customers can logon using a previously registered username and password.

Shipping Address:- On this screen you may update your billing address, select to have your order delivered to your billing address or add an alternate shipping address.

Ship Methods:- On this screen you can review your postage and handling fee for your order. You may also enter discount code or gift certificate number if you have one.

Complete Order:- This page gives all details for you order. Please check them then click on Confirm Order.

Order Confirmation
After you have confirmed your order a confirmation email, including your order number, will be emailed to the registered email address. Please quote your order number if you need to contact us.

Items that are out of stock when you place your order are automatically back-ordered. Out of stock items do not delay the shipping of any other items you have ordered. Back-orders are shipped at our expense. We will contact you regarding any items that are back-ordered and options available.
Our business is based on the quality of the products we sell and the reputation we've earned. If for any reason you're not happy with anything you buy from us simply return it within 14 days of receipt of the product for a prompt exchange or credit on your account (your choice). No hassles, just great customer service - the kind you would expect from the very best companies.
Shipping charges are only refundable if:
- We made an error on your order
- There is damage to your order in shipping
Our generous return policy does not apply to personalised items.
Returns policy does not apply to sale or end of line items. Items purchased at sale prices cannot be exchanged or credited. A restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will communicate any charges with you.
If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Beads and Paper will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:

All products must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.

The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.

No returns or exchanges on personalised, end of line or sale items

Due to Health Regulations no returns or exchanges on body jewellery

No returns or exchanges on bulk orders
To organise an exchange or credit note, contact us with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for exchange.
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Beads and Paper in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and the return form.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within seven days of receipt of the item. Our Customer Service Manager will then contact you to speak about an appropriate solution for you.
When a product is returned to us, Beads and Paper offers an exchange for goods to the same value, or a store credit to the value of the items purchased. Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable. Our exchange policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure/register your return package as Beads and Paper cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.
